Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

 All Sale Purchases Are Final.

This means any return on a purchase is not available unless there is a fault unknown to our company when buying.

The team at Hypebeast NZ commit to serving customers with the best products. Every single product that Hypebeast NZ sell is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you have guaranteed satisfaction when you receive your purchase.

We do not offer Returns/Refunds (For change of mind)

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item to make sure our Customers items are in the agreed condition before purchase. If we miss a flaw with product Customers are more then welcome to Email us and inquire about a Return/Refund. We at Hypebeast NZ are not required to allow Returns/Refunds on Any item we sell. But if we at Hypebeast NZ think the items flaw/condition isn't up to our high standards we will deem the item returnable/refundable. We will then Email you back with further instructions.

If a customers return Inquiry is accepted, the customer Must ship the item back to our Branch in the exact same packaging and condition as it left our Branch.

(Product must be shipped to us within 5 Business days of accepting the Customers Refund/Return Inquiry.  The same shipping box, with the Original Receipt.

We do offer Exchanges on Returning items.

Note that Hypebeast NZ is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
